Pickering embroiled in sports bet scam
Cartoonist Larry Pickering, father of 11 with a taste for the Champagne lifestyle, is exposed by Ken Gamble, a renowned specialist in detecting internet fraud. Using the alias Paul Perry and company name Cohen Strachan Investment (CSI Arbitrage) Pickering masterminded a highly sophisticated sports betting scam from the Australian Gold Coast. Lured into purchasing bogus sports betting software and backing non-existent sports betting traders in Hong Kong, some 300 investors lost millions of dollars. Queensland Police are now investigating after receiving a huge dossier of evidence compiled by Gamble.

Kidnapped British girl re-united with her mother
Missing British two-year-old girl, A'ishah Sabra, was reunited with her mother yesterday in Egypt after Egyptian Police detained her father, Saber Mesbah Sabra, and ordered him to hand over the child. A'ishah's 32-year-old mother, Leila Sabra from Whitefield, is ecstatic to be reunited with her daughter after an eight month investigation and legal battle.

New Homes from Hell 2009 - Buying Abroad
Many years after British citizens paid developer De Sanvil Properties of Vélez-Rubio to build villas for them in Spain, the idyllic properties were non-existent, the purchasers had received no refunds and one couple who had invested their life savings faced bankruptcy. With the disappearance not only of the purchasers’ funds but also of Tim de Sanvil (Henry Timothy Dakin) himself, ITV’s Homes from Hell hired Ken Gamble to locate him.

After two old school friends purchased a newly-built property in London, on moving-in they found it was uninhabitable, with no gas supply, no heating or hot water, no legal water supply and extensive damp. More than that, the developer Chris Allison (Peter Christian Allison), a previous director of a string of dissolved companies, was nowhere to be found. Eighteen months later when the purchasers still had to rent and live elsewhere, as well as pay the mortgage on the property, ITV’s Homes from Hell brought in Ken Gamble to track down the elusive property developer.

Ken Gamble rescues kidnapped child in Egypt
On May 11, 2009, the powerful combination of Gamble’s unwavering commitment, expertise and heart resulted in the return of a young girl into her Australian mother’s arms after she had been kidnapped at the age of four. Gamble first learned of the case in April 2007 when the story aired on Australia’s A Current Affair. Watching a fruitless effort to find the little girl kidnapped by her strict Muslim father and living in hiding in Egypt, Gamble knew that he not only could, but had to, help right this tragic wrong. Retained by the show, Gamble started a long and complex search with the desperate and heartbroken mother, which ultimately led to the rescue of her daughter.

Today Tonight: Beijing Olympics gold medal scam
Ken Gamble talks to Today Tonight about the mastermind behind the Beijing Olympics 2008 ticketing scam, Terence Shepherd, Britain’s biggest ticket fraudster. After tracking him around the world, Ken Gamble exposed Shepherd to authorities some 12 months before the scam. Terence Shepherd and the Xclusive companies then went on to sell £5 million of non-existent tickets to over 10,000 customers before being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office and the Metropolitan Police.

Tonight with Trevor McDonald
During the 2007 World Cup in Paris, Ken Gamble tracked down and exposed a ticket tout who was about to go live with a website selling fake tickets, and confronted him on camera for the programme Tonight with Trevor McDonald. The website sold only one ticket and that was to Ken Gamble - due to his efforts no rugby fans were disappointed.
